** Please kindly read all the terms and conditions below before reservation. Once you have completed any room and activity booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms & conditions herein.

The apartments are currently open for bookings by our friends and family, as well as registered AnotherLife members. Upon completing your reservation, you will be automatically enrolled as a member. Alternatively, if you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you email us at info@anotherlife.club. Thank you for your attention.

 

Apartment Rules

  1. Please make the beds by yourselves. Fresh towels and bed linen will be provided after check-in. Please take out the pillow covers, flat sheets and duvet covers and put them on the bed before check-out. Please note there are no extra towels and bed linens provided for children under 6.

  2. Please do garbage sorting and dump your own garbage before check-out.

  3. Please make sure the apartment is clean and tidy before returning the key on your check-out date. After receiving your photos (bedroom, living, kitchen, bathroom and toilet) which show the room is back to its original condition, the garbage is taken out and the used linen is taken off before the check-out, we will send you back the cleaning deposit (200 USD) thereafter.

  4. No Wi-Fi inside the apartments, Wi-Fi is only available in the public area and in the lobby.

  5. Please prepare your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Shampoo and shower gel are provided.

  6. Due to fire safety guidelines, guests are strictly forbidden to cook in the apartment.  Reheating food is allowed using a microwave.

  7. Smoking is prohibited inside the entire building.

Additional Charges upon Check-out (No Payment Required):

  1. When returning the keys upon check-out, the front desk will provide you with a miscellaneous fee receipt. The fee is 2,000 Japanese yen per person per night (*from the fourth night onwards, it is 1,000 Japanese yen per person per night). You do not need to pay this fee as our company will handle the payment on your behalf.

  2. The fee is collected by the resort and includes services such as heating, bed sheets, towels, resort shuttle bus, front desk services, and miscellaneous tasks.

 

Check-in/Out policies

  1. If your check-in time will be delayed after 10:00pm, please let us know in advance. We will contact the front desk for further arrangement. 

  2. When you check in, the front desk staff will give you the apartment keys, the resort map and resort information booklet. Also the staff will explain to you the details of how to clean up and sort the garbage. Luggage storage service is provided.

  3. There is no daily cleaning service. For guests who stay longer than 3 days, cleaning service, new linen and towels will be provided on the 4th day.

  4. Check- in time is from 2 pm to 9:30pm. Check-out time is from 7am to 11am.

 

Payment policies

  1. You will receive email notification upon reservation and we will contact you promptly to let you know the payment details.

  2. A cleaning deposit of USD200 is charged for each room. It will be returned promptly when we receive the photos or videos for clean-up verification before your check-out.

  3. All prices are in USD. For bank wiring, our company (Another Life Company Ltd) will solely pay for the bank service charge from our side.

  4. Cancellation Policy: (1) After payment, if you cancel the booking, our company will retain a minimum of 20% of the paid amount. This fee is primarily used to cover banking and administrative expenses. (2) If you cancel the booking within 120 days prior to the check-in/experience date, our company will charge 50% of the paid amount and refund the remaining balance. (3) If you cancel the booking within 60 days prior to the check-in/experience date, our company will charge 70% of the paid amount and refund the remaining balance.(4) If you cancel the booking within 30 days prior to the check-in/experience date, no refund will be provided. (5) Failure to check-in/experience on the reserved date will be considered a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided. (6) If you check out earlier than planned after check-in, no refund will be provided.

Add-on Notes

  1. ONSEN: A discounted price of 700 yen per person would be offered by the ticket counter if you said you are from the Village Alpha. 

  2. SHUTTLE: The resort shuttle bus does not have regular stops at The Village Alpha during certain time of the day, but no worry, you can just say to the reception or the driver that you need a stop and it will stop for you. 

  3. PARKING: The most convenient way is to drop off luggage at the door, then park the car at T1 parking, walk a bit to The Tower hotel, and take a shuttle bus for one stop to go back to The Village Alpha.

 

In case of any disputes, Another Life Company Ltd reserves the rights of final explanation and decision to all the terms and conditions, including suspending, terminating or changing details of any terms and conditions without prior notice.
